How your data flows
Your statement file is opened and read inside your browser. The file itself stays on your device.
Before anything is sent, your name, PAN, address, email, phone, bank details, nominee and date of birth are removed, and folio numbers are replaced with a one-way hash.
What reaches Niveshark is a list of holdings rows: the fund or stock name, ISIN, units, value and, where the statement shows them, cost and NAV. The review screen shows every row, and the exact request, before you press Send.
The analysis runs on those rows and returns your scores and findings.
The same rows are the context for the chat. Without your PAN, name or folio these rows cannot be tied to you.
What we keep when you sign in
- Your holdings rows, so the report is there on your next visit.
- Your chat history and the profile details you share in chat.
- Encrypted broker access tokens, if you connect a broker.
